Cancellation policy
- You can move the booking free of charge up to 7 days before the booking.
- For all cancellations at least 8 days before the booking, you will receive a voucher that is valid for 1 year.
- Cancellation within 7 days before the booking is €25, the remaining amount will be gift voucher issued. The gift voucher is valid for 1 year.
- If the booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment, it is not possible to get a gift voucher or receive a refund to compensate for the session.
- To reschedule the booking within 7 days of the appointment, €25 travel costs will be charged. This amount must be paid 48 hours before the original booked date. If payment is made later, this will be considered a cancellation and the right to a refund or a gift voucher will be forfeited.
